People only do things when they get something from their behavior (it is reinforced by somethings). People with anxiety and depression get something from being the way they are, that is why they hold on to those behaviors.
This blog is about my personal journey of dealing with stress, anxiety, and depression. At this point it mostly has information about what I have learned to help myself. Later I hope to expand on these things and tell more about my experience. Orignally this was a group on facebook to involve my friends on my journey, but I consistently got requests to join from people I didn't know. Therefore, I am starting this blog to include those I don't know along my journey also. I hope it is helpful!
