This area mostly deals with knowing and determining what your priorities are. When you figure out that, it becomes much easier to manage your time and lessen your stress, anxiety and depression.
This blog is about my personal journey of dealing with stress, anxiety, and depression. At this point it mostly has information about what I have learned to help myself. Later I hope to expand on these things and tell more about my experience. Orignally this was a group on facebook to involve my friends on my journey, but I consistently got requests to join from people I didn't know. Therefore, I am starting this blog to include those I don't know along my journey also. I hope it is helpful!
